Bengal emerged champions in the East Zone U-23 Women One-day League with a 10-wicket win over host Odisha in their fourth and last match at Ravenshaw University Ground here today. This was the fourth successive win for Bengal and they topped the league table with 16 points. Odisha finished third in the five-team league table with two wins, two defeats and eight points.

Fine all-round performance by Rima Chakraborty enabled Tripura beat Assam by 52 runs in their last league match at Nimpur ground today. Rima scored 49 runs and picked up three wickets for eight runs. This was the second win for Tripura and they finished runners-up with eight points.
