The tournament was jointly organised by Chhattisgarh State Tennis Association and Chhattisgarh Sports & Youth Welfare Department, under the auspices of All India Tennis Association  from Setp 4.

Bhubaneswar-based Patnaik won the 35+ men’s singles title, defeating Delhi-based Odia opponent Dillip Mohanty 6-3, 6-1 in the final. He completed the double, pocketing the doubles title with Dillip Mohanty as his partner.

Patnaik and Mohanty won the final match easily, demolishing Chhattisgarh pair of Jatin Kumar Nelson and Kohinoor Gowardhan 6-1, 6-1.

Chhattisgarh Sports Minister handed over the trophies in the closing function. Patnaik was also awarded with the Presidents Trophy for being the most outstanding performer of the tournament.
