Thunder shower has forced Odisha Cricket Association delay the start of Under-19 Boys Inter-District Cricket Tournament-2018 by three days. Scheduled to be played at different venues in Cuttack city from June 25, the tournament will now commence on June 28.

As many as 36 teams will be seen in action in this tournament, which would feature a total of 51 limited-over matches. Teams have been divided into 12 groups and after completion of preliminary groups matches, the 12 group toppers would qualify for super league.

Super league teams have been placed in four groups and after completion of super league matches the four group winners would advance to the semifinals. On the opening day, Cuttack-A will meet Paradeep, Bhubaneswar-A will face Angul, Cuttack-B will take on Ganjam and Bhubaneswar-B will lock horn with Jagatsinghpur.
