Nayagarh defeated Boudh by 123 runs and Deogarh got the better of Ganjam by two wickets in two other matches of the day. The three matches of the day were officiated by umpires Pradeep Jena, Sambit Pattnaik, Chudamani Padhi, Sabyasachi Saha, CP Mohapatra, Anand Sahu and scorers Rashmi Ranjan Malla, Biswa Ranjan Das, Govinda Behera.
