A two-day Curator Training Seminar, organised for the first time in the state by Odisha Cricket Association (OCA), started at OCA Conference Hall, Barabati Stadium, Cuttack today. The seminar has been designed in accordance with VISION@2024, the flag-ship project of OCA.

The objective of the seminar is to help develop turf wickets across the State and provide opportunity to aspiring curators gain knowledge about pitch preparation and help them become BCCI curators in future.

A total of 55 trainees from different affiliated units of OCA joined the seminar, which was formally inaugurated by Subrat Kumar Behera, (CEO, OCA) and R Srikanth (Head Cricket Operations, OCA).

Three faculties _ Panakaj Pattnaik (Chief Curator), Anjana Khuntia and Bibhu Sathpathy – Qualified Curators from the BCCI Panel _ shared their proficiency and wealth experience with the aspiring curators in this program.
