Odisha Violet and Odisha Yellow registered respective third win in the OCA Women Cricket League at different gounds in Bhubaneswar today. Odisha Yellow rode on unbeaten half-century each by Kajal Jena and Anjali Singh to outplay Odisha Green by seven wickets. The Kajal-Anjali duo put on 149 runs to script the highest partnership of the tournament.
Preet Priyadarsani claimed three wickets to help Odisha Violet beat Odisha Purple by seven wickets with 32 balls to spare. Alipsa Biswal scored a half-century for the Purple, but her knock went in vain.
Odisha Red mauled Odisha Orange by 170 run in another match of the day. In reply to an imposing total of 256 for four by the Red, the Orange could made 86 for nine. Silpa Swain slammed 72 and Sushree Singh scalped three wickets for the Red, who posted their second win.
