NATIONAL:

*     Led Odisha to Gold medal in the 19th Senior Women`s National Football Championship, held at Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, from April 25 to May 17, 2011.
*     Led Odisha to Gold medal in the 34th National Games at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand on February 17, 2011.
*     Led Odisha in the 18th Senior Women`s National Championship at Imphal, Manipur in March 2010. She scored six goals in seven maches to help Odisha finish runners-up.
*     18th Senior Women`s National football Championship, held at Imphal, Manipur, from March 7 to 25, 2010.
*     Led Odisha to Bronze medal in the 15th Senior Women`s National Football Championship, held at Raurkela, Odisha, from Aptil 26 to May 13, 2007.
*     Captained Odisha in the 15th Senior National Championship at Rourkela in 2007. As hosts, Odisha reached semifinals before losing to West Bengal.
*     Captained Odisha in the 17th Senior National Championship at Neyveli, Tamil Nadu in 2007. Odisha reached semifinals.
*     Led Odisha and emerged top scorer with 17 goals in the 14th Senior National at Bhilai, Chhatishgarh in 2006.

*     Represented Odisha in the 7th Senior National Championship at Shilong, Meghalaya in 1999. She emerged top scorer of the championship with four hat-tricks, including two in one match against Chandigarh and one each against Goa and Assam.

*     Represented Orissa in the 5th Senior National Championship at Haldia, West Bengal in 1996.

*     Represented India in two Olympic Qualifying matches matches against South Korea at Phusan (South Korea) and Chennai in 2007.

*     Led India in the 15th AFC at Hanoi, Vietnam in 2005.
*     Represented India in the 4-Nation tournament in Vietnam in 2005.
*     Represented India as vice-captain in the 14th AFC at Bangkok, Thailand in 2003.
*     Represented India in the 13th AFC in Chinese Taipei in 2001.
*     Represented India in the 12th Asian Football Championship (AFC) at Manila, Philippines in 1999.
*     Represented India in the 13th Asian Games at Bangkok, Thailand in 1998.
*     Represented India in the 11th Womens Asian Football Championship in China in 1997.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS AS COACH:
*     She was Assistant Coach of the 20-member Odisha Women Football Team that won the Silver medal in the 36th National Games at  TransStadia in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 10 October 2022.
*     She was the assistant coach of the Indian team that finished last in the BRICS U-17 Women Football Tournament, held at Johannesburg, South Africa from July 15-23, 2018.
*     She was the coach of the Rising Students Club that won the title in the 2nd Indian Women’s League (IWL), held at Shillong, Meghalaya from March 27 to April 14, 2018.
*     Appointed assistant coach of the Indian team for the AFC Under-14 Girls Regional Championship, schedule to be played at Dushanbe, Tajikistan from April 26 to May 1, 2016.
*     Performed as assistant coach of the National U-14 girls football team for the U-14 Girls Regional Football Championship at Kathmandu (Nepal) from April 18 to 25, 2015.
*     She became an AFC `B` license coach after successfully completing the course, which was held in West Bengal last year from November 9 to 28, 2014.
*     She was the head coach of the state senior women football team that won the silver meda in the 35th National Games, held in Kerala from February 1 to 14, 2015.
*     She was the coach of the Odisha team that finished runners-up in the 20th Senior Women National Football Championship, held in Assam in 2014.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*     Performed as AIFF as the Scout in the Hero Indian Womens League 2022-23.
*     Sradhanjali`s mother Rashmi Samantaray passed away at the age of 62 on May 4, 2017.
*     The State Government on June 18, 2014 sanctioned a monetary incentive of Rs 60,000 for her achievements in different national championships and National Games during the period April 2007 to May 2011.
*     First from Orissa to lead Indian women`s football team.
