DESCRIPTION:
*     Altogether 80 youngsters from different states will vie for singles and doubles titles.
*     Qualifying matches will be played on March 21 and 22, while the main draw action will commence on March 23.
*     Local teenagers Mahesh Mohapatra and Rutuparna Choudhury have been given top billings in under-14 boys` and girls` singles events respectively.
*     Karnataka boy Vishal Reddy Pagadala and Telengana girls Bhakti Shah will start as top seeds in under-12 singles categories.
