DESCRIPTION:
* Altogether 36 district, city and institutional teams would compete in the tournament, which would be conducted in a new format, which is similar to Kalahandi Cup Senior Inter-District Tournament.
* Teams would play league matches after being divided into three main and six sub groups.
* Main groups are: A, B and C.
* Sub-groups are: A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2, C-1, C-2
* After completion of 92 league matches, top four finishers from Group-A (Two each from A-1 and A-2), top three from Group-B (Top one from B-1, B-2 and the third best) and the top one from Group-C will qualify for quarterfinals.
* The third best team of Group-B will be determined with a qualifying match between second best teams of B-1 and B-2.
* The top team of Group-C will be determined with a match between top teams of C-1 and C-2.
* League matches will be 50-over affair, while matches from quarterfinal on wards will be three-day contests.
* The tournament will feature a total of 99 matches.
