Bilaspur Railway defeated Biswabharati Club (Cuttack) in the final by 32 runs to win the 11th all-India Patna Cup Raj Rai Singh Deo Memorial Cricket Tournament at Kantabanji today. The champion team took home the top prize of Rs 25,555, whereas the runner-up team received Rs 12,222. Patnagarh Sub-collector Devendra Pradhan gave away the trophy at the closing function.
