Kalinga Stadium, the biggest infrastructure facility for sports in Orissa, tarnished its reputation yet again for its filty toilets.
The organisers of the Indian Open National Kickboxing Championship paid around Rs 1 lakh to avail the facility recently. But they were disheartened that the managers of the stadium failed to provide them the basis requirements such as toilets. The related photos are proof of it.
Repeatedly blamed for bad management, Kalinga Stadium, which is owned by the State Sports Department, further tarnished its reputation because of the toilet service.
It all happened when Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik was heading the Sports Department.
``God save Kalinga Stadium,`` is what sportslovers of Bhubaneswar say, while reacting to the recent issue.
