Holders Manipur asserted their supremacy by retaining the Senior National Women’s football title, blanking West Bengal 2-0 in the final at Neyveli today. Manipur scored once in each half through Kamla Devi (18th minute) and Tababi Devi (62nd minute). Earlier in the semifinals, Manipur beat Orissa while West Bengal got the better of host Tamil Nadu.
