Trailokya Jena emerged champion in the Kalinga JCB Golf Tournament, which concluded here at Bhubaneswar Golf Club (BGC) Course, Chandrasekharpur on Sunday. Jena won the main (0 to 18 handicap) event with a nett score of 69, while Ajay Kumar Dash (nett score 71) finished runner-up. The best gross prize was bagged by Satyajyoti Mohanty with a gross score of 86. Dibyalok Patnaik won the 19 to 24 handicap event, registering a nett score of 70. The runner-up prize in the category went to Bharat Bhusan Patnaik, who finished with a nett score of 77. Earlier yesterday, Lakhi Swain won the ladies’ title with a nett score of 79, three strokes less than Geeta Biswas, who became runner-up in the two-day tournament. Jagannath Prasad Panda emerged winner among seniors with a nett score of 75, while Ramesh Ray (nett score 79) finished runner-up.
