Scoring at will, Orissa mauled Uttar Pradesh 6-0 in their second and last preliminary league match to storm into the quarterfinals of the 17th Senior National Women’s Football Championship at Neyveli, Tamil Nadu today. Skipper Sradhanjali Samantaray led the scoring with a brace, while international Pinky Bompal Magar, Gayatri Mallick, Gitanjali Khuntia and Sunita Majhi contributed one goal each for the winners. In the quarterfinal league, Orissa are set to meet Haryana, Goa and host Tamil Nadu on March 7, 9 and 11 respectively. Manipur, West Bengal, Assam and Punjab have completed the line-up of another quarterfinal group.
