State Ranji team captain Shiv Sundar Das and all-round Payas Ranjan Sinha will lead Orissa ‘A’ and ‘B’ teams respectively in the 1st All-India Basant Biswal Memorial Cricket Tournament to be conducted at Cuttack from June 3 to 11. The tournament, involving four other teams from Assam, Tripura, Jharkhand and Andhra Pradesh, offers Rs 1 lakh for the winners and Rs 50,000 for the runners-up.
