Fourth seed Ahsan-ul Haque also entered the semifinals with a hard fought 4-3 victory over senior billiards champion Subrat Das. Meanwhile, Hardeep Singh Saluja completed the quarterfinal line-up, eliminating third seed Sureet Singh 3-1.
