Last year’s finalists Orissa trounced Maharashtra 10-0 in their second Cluster-II league match to reach the semifinals of the 6th Sub-junior Girls National Football Championship at Haldwani in Uttarakhand today. Subhaprabha Rout led the scoring with four goals to her credit. Among other scorers, Sarojini Tirkey struck thrice, while Manisha Tirkey, Buddheswari Majhi and captain Sujata Mallick netted once each. Earlier in the opening match, Orissa were held to a 1-1 draw by Nagaland.
