Star-studded East Coast Railway crashed out of the Gatikrushna Memorial Bhubaneswar Football League when they suffered a 1-2 defeat at the hands of Chandrasekharpur Athletic Association in the last group match at Unit-1 High School ground today. Bhogal Soren and Maheswar Tudu guided Chandrasekharpur to a 2-0 lead before East Coast Railway reduced the margin through Sashadhar Behera. With this win, Chandrasekharpur joined Directorate of Sports, Club-73, Unit-VI Athletic Association, Sports & Games Organisation, Kishore Club, Capital Sports Club and Media Pixel in the super league. Super League teams have been divided into two groups and top two teams from each group will qualify for semifinals. In the first super league match, Directorate of Sports will meet Unit-VI Athletic Association tomorrow.
