Good performance by Pravanjan Mullick, Paresh Patel and Alok Sahoo helped Orissa overcame Bengal by seven runs in an exciting league match to post their second win in the East Zone Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy Twenty20 Cricket Tournament at the Railway Stadium in Dhanbad today. Gettomg four points off the fighting win, Orissa increased their tally to eight points from three matches and would meet Jharkhand in the fourth and last league clash tomorrow. Mullick top scored with an unbeaten 34, Patel bagged three wickets with his left-arm spin and Sahoo provided the fireworks with an unbeaten 32 off 17 balls. Chasing a target of 148, Bengal scored 140 for six in the stipulated overs to suffer their third successive defeat.
