Wicket-keeper Kadambini Mahakud slammed an unbeaten 60 to power Orissa to an eight-wicket win over Tripura in their league match of the East Zone Senior Women’s Cricket Tournament at Dibrugarh, Assam today. Orissa skipper Madhusmita Behera also played important role, bagging four wickets for 14 runs. This was the second successive victory for Orissa, who earlier crushed Assam also by eight wickets. Orissa are now firmly placed with 10 points from two matches.
