In the final, Club-73 will meet State Sports Hostel (Cuttack), who upset defending champions East Coast Railway 2-0 earlier in the first semifinals clash. Satish Ekka and Prasant Behera scored the two goals in the 49th and 80th minutes respectively. Rajak Nag (State Sports Hostel) and Santosh Nayak (Club-73) were adjudged the man of the matches.
