Eighteen arm-wrestlers qualified to represent Orissa in next month`s National championship in Manipur by winning titles in the State championship, which was held at Prachi Stadium, Adaspur, Cuttack today. Around 300 arm-wrestlers from different district are reported to have participated in the State championship.

TITLE WINNERS:

Men: Benu Mukhi (55kg), Gouri Shankar Nayak (60kg), Santosh Das (65kg), Sushant Das (70kg), Sunil Raj (75kg), Tapan Nayak (80kg), Chandan Behera (85kg).

Women: Salma Begum (65kg), Soudamini Sarangi (70kg), Gitarani Samal (80kg).

Junior men: Amit Ghadei (55kg), Samit Gochhikar (60kg)

Junior women: Sagarika Pradhan (50kg), Lipika Mohanty (60kg).

Master: Madhusudan Mohapatra (70kg), Sashikant Jena (80kg), Sagar Nayak (90kg), Nasin Khan (100kg).
