West Bengal`s Future Hope won in the 2nd All-India Under-16 Rugby Tournament, outplaying local favourites Kalinga Institute of Social Science (KISS) 10-0 in the final at KIIT University campus here today.

Planning and Coordination Minister A U Singhdeo handed over the trophy at the closing function. KISS finished runners-up, while Jungle Crow (Kolkata) occupied the third position. Niranjana Biswal was adjudged the player of the tournament. Orissa Rugby Football Association President Priyadarshi Mishra, State Sports Director P K Pradhan and KIIT founder Dr A Samanta were present at the closing function.
