Kalinga Club emerged champions in the Bhubaneswar Basketball League Tournament, defeating Kalinga Warriors 56-43 in the final at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar today. Deepak Mania and Safalya Patra were instrumental in the Kalinga Club win, scoring 24 and 16 points respectively. Soumya Sasmal (18) and Prahallad Behera (12) did the bulk of scoring for Kalinga Warriors. State Assistant Sports Director Arun Kumar Das handed over the trophy at the closing function.
