As many as 17 woman footballers from Orissa have been selected by All India Football Federation to join National camps for different international tournaments.

According to Football Association of Orissa secretary Sanjay Behera, 10 players have been called to participate in the Senior India coaching camp to be conducted at SAI Center in Cuttack from January 20 to March 17. The camp is is part of the preparation process for the Olympic Qualifiers (Round-I).

Seven others have been picked for the under-14 girls National coaching camp, which would take place at SAI Centre, Lucknow from January 15 to March 8.

Players for Senior National camp: Sita Sharma, Suprava Samal, Rashmita Patra, Alochana Senapati, Supriya Routray, Gaytri Mallick, Pinky Bompal Mager, Lochana Munda, Sashmita Mallick, Anita Mundu.

Players for U-14 National camp: Rachita Mallick, Jharana Mallick, Jyosna Kissan, Shinulata Sahoo, Hemalatha, Bishnupriya Mohanty, Anita Mallick.
