Yuva Vandhu Cultural Group (YVCG) won the title in the FAO Second Division Football League, which concluded at Bidanasi ground, Cuttack today. YVCG drew Lalbag Club to a goalless draw in their last super league match to top the table with five points from three outings. With the title triumph YVCG were promoted to next year`s First Division League.
