Yazdani Club-73 won  the 7th Pravakar Memorial Football Tournament, edging out Barabati Sporting Club of Cuttack 1-0 in the floodlit final match at Unit-VI High School ground here today. Santosh Nayak scored the all-important goal in the 15th minute. He was adjudged the Player of the Tournament.

Dillp Dehuri and Chetan Nayak (both Club-73) bagged the prizes as the best goalkeeper and best forward respectively, while the prizes for best defender and best mid-fielder went to Akshyay Das and Nipen Das respectively. The champion team received the trophy along with a cash prize of Rs 7,000, while the runners-up settled with Rs 5,000.

Football Association of Odisha secretary Sanjay Behera, industrialists Tara Ranjan Patnaik and Rohit Das handed over the trophy and prizes at the closing function. The tournament was organised by Unit-VI Athletic Association.
