Six competitors claimed titles on the second of the 24th State Karate Championship at Utkal Karate School here today. The title-winners included Kamlesh Ray, Anirudh Pratap Singh, Ram Singh, Dilip Behera, Deepak Kumar Samantara and Sangeet Sonaly Mallick.
