Pratikar won the Sine Infra Media Cup Six-a-side Tennisball Cricket Tournament, defeating Times of India by five wickets in the final at Sahid Sporting ground here on today. In reply to Times of India`s total of 80 for four wickets, Pratikar overhauled the target without losing any wicket. Sheikh of Pratikar was adjudged the man of the match and best batsman of the tournament.

Earlier in the semifinals, Pratikar defeated Kanak TV by four wickets, while Times of India prevailed over Pratidin by five wickets. Nilamadhab, Atish Kumar Pradhan and Utkal Keshari bagged awards as man of the tournament, best bowler and best wicketkeeper respectively. Altogether 28 teams from print and electronic media organizations participated in the three-day tournament, which was organized by Shine Infra Group in collaboration with Odisha Sports Journalists Association of Odisha.
