Pyari Mohan Academy bagged a double by emerging champions both the 3rd Basant Kumar Das Memorial Senior and 15th Bhagaban Das Memorial Junior Inter-School Football Tournament at PM Academy ground here today. PM Academy boys beat Christ Collegiate School in the senior final and New Stewart School in the junior final by 1-0 identical margin.

Mohammad Afridi (Christ Collegiate) and Afridi Khan (PM Academy) were adjudged the player of the tournament in senior and junior categories respectively. The week-long tournaments was organised by Odisha Veteran Sportspersons` Association. Cuttack Mayor Soumendra Ghosh and industrialist Sunil Morarka handed over the trophies at the closing function.
