A total of 11 players from Odisha have been selected by Hockey India to join two different National camps. According to a press release from Hockey Odisha, six among them _ Deep Grace Ekka, Namita Toppo, Anupa Barla, Lilima Minz, Punam Barla and Sunita Lakra _ would be joining the senior women coaching camp to be held at Patiala from June 24 to July 31 in preparation of the Women`s Asia Cup to be held in Malaysia from September 21 to 29.

The other five _ Sushant Tirkey, Suresh Toppo, Stanli Victor Minz, Amon Mirash Tirkey and Amit Rohidas _ have left to join the junior men coaching camp to be held at Bangalore from June 23 to July 15. This camp is in preparaton for FIH Junior Men World Cup, scheduled to be held in India from December 6 to 15.
