Swaraj Panda emerged the fastest man by winning the 100 metre title in the Bhubaneswar District Athletics Meet, which concluded at Kalinga Stadium here today. Subhashree Panda proved to be a leading achiever of the two-day meet winning the girls-20 discus and 100 metre titles.
The meet, featuring over 500 athletes was organized by Bhubaneswar Athletic Association. According to host Bhubaneswar Athletic Association secretary Dr S R Parija, the successful athletes will represent the city in the State meet, scheduled to be held at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack, from December 28 to 30.
