  KISS rugby teams bag double crown

Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) bagged a double by winning both the boys and girls titles in the 1st Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) Inter-College Rugby Tournament which culminated here at KIIT Stadium today.

As many as 15 colleges in boys and seven in girls categories participated in the tournament. In finals, KISS boys beat Biju Pattnaik College 10-5, while their girls prevailed over Maharshi Junior Women`s College 20-0. Kunja Bihari College, Baranga, finished third place in both the categories.
