Gagan Behari Dash retained the title in Secretariat Open Classic Chess Tournamet, which was held here from November 17 to 28. Das, in fact, achieved a hat-trick by winning the title for the third time in a row.

Altogether 19 employees of the State Secretariat participated in the two-day tournament, which was inaugurated by General Administration Joint-Secretary Ganeswar Jena.
