  Pradhan, Routra picked for Indian Blind Cricket Team

Two players from Odisha _ Kalia Pradhan and Lingaraj Routra _ made it to the 14-member Indian Cricket Team for the Blind for a bilateral series against Nepal, scheduled to take place in Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) and Dehradun (Uttarakhand) this year.

The series will feature three ODIs and three T20Is. The ODIs will be played in Kanpur from December 2 to 4, followed by the T20I in Dehradun from December 6 to 8. The Indian squad has representation from 10 different states.

 

As many as eight players including five B1, one B2 and two B3 have made the squad for the first time. Sunil Ramesh and Deepak Malik will lead India in the ODI and T20I series respectively. The Indian squad has representation from 10 different states.

B2 Category: Ajay Kumar Reddy (Andhra Pradesh), Lokesh (Karnataka), Md. Irfan (Delhi), Md. Faisal (Uttar Pradesh, ODIs at Kanpur only), Vineet Kumar (Haryana, T20Is only)
B3 Category: Sunil Ramesh (Karnataka), A Ravi (Andhra Pradesh, wk), Deepak Malik (Haryana), Rahul Mahale (Maharashtra), Lingaraj Routra (Odisha).
