Odisha U-21 women team won bronze medal, beating host Assam 3-0 in the third-place match at Sarusajai Sports Complex, Guwahati on January 22. Deepa Naik, Suman Mohapatra and Jasoda Munda scored the three goals for Odisha.
Earlier on January 21, Odisha U-17 boys team secured bronze medal, defeating Punjab 3-2 in the third-place match at Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium, Guwahati. Bijay Marendi and Saibaram Hansdah scored two and one goal respectively for Odisha.
