Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) has appointed former first-class cricketer-turned-coach R Srikanth as its Technical Director-Cum-Head Cricket Operation. This was announced by OCA secretary Sanjay Behera in a press release today.

According to the release, OCA has also appointed Ganesh Kar as Head Data Analytics & Performance Management and Amiya Kumar Mohanty as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. The appointments have been made for a term of two years (2020-2022).

Srikanth played two First-Class and four List-A mataches for Odisha. He is the only BCCI Level-3 certified coach from Odisha having a 20-year experience in coaching. Prior to joining OCA, he worked as a coach with various states, National Cricket Academy (NCA) and Zonal Cricket Academy (ZCA). He has also coached different age group teams of Odisha and was in-charge of Odisha Cricket Academy.
