Lochana Munda and Satyabati Khadia (both Bhubaneswar-A) were awarded as the Player of the Final Match and Player of the Tournament respectively. Sasmita Parida (Cuttack) was adjudged Best Goalkeeper, while the Best Defender and Best Scorer awards went to Manisha Panna and Subhadra Sahu (both Bhubaneswar-A) respectively.
Earlier, Odisha Sports Minister Tusharkanti Behera inaugurated the tournament in the presence of Jharsuguda District Athletics Association Secretary Tapas Kumar Roy Choudhury.

17 February, 2021: Sundargarh-A beat Sambalpur 2-0. Cuttack beat Deogarh 11-0. Jharsuguda beat Balsore 1-0. Bhubaneswar-A beat Jagatsinghpur 9-0.
18 February, 2021: Bhubaneswar-A beat Angul 10-0. Cuttack beat Mayurbhanj 4-0. Kendrapada beat Keonjhar 5-0. Bhubaneswar-B beat Rourkela Steel Plant 2-0.
19 February, 2021: Bhubaneswar-B (Kamini Munda 19th) beat Jharsuguda 1-0. Kendrapada (Sanghamitra Malik 38th, 76th) beat Sundargarh-A (Gurubari Karjee 54th) 2-1.
20 February, 2021 (Semifinals): Cuttack (Deepa Naik 51st) beat Bhubaneswar-B (Ambruta Naik 65th) 7-6 in penalty shoot-out (Full time 1-1 draw). Bhubaneswar-A beat Kendrapada 8-0.
