Odisha girl Aradhyaa Verma bagged her second All India Tennis Association (AITA) triple crown within a week, winning two titles in U-14 and U-16 singles and one in U-16 doubles at the Championship Series Tennis Tournament at Hawk Tennis Academy in Rohtak, Haryana today.

Bhubaneswar girl Aradhyaa won the U-14 singles crown, defeating Khushi Gaur of Haryana in the final 6-3, 6-4. She added the U-16 singles title with 4-6, 6-1, 10-3 win over the same opponent.

Aradhyaa completed the treble by capturing the U-16 doubles crown with partner Agrima Jaiswal from Uttar Pradesh. In the doubles final, they beat Haryana-Delhi combination of Avika and Vaishnavi Singh 6-1, 6-4.

Aradhyaa had bagged her earlier triple crown at the same venue, same tournament and same events on March 11. The only difference was that she won the doubles title with State and acaemy-mate Krishna Raj.

Aradhyaa has secured as many as seven AITA titles within a month this year. Before the two triple crowns, she had pocketed the U-16 singles title at the Championship Series tournament on February 13, also in Rohtak.

Born on 7th July 2010, Aradhyaa trains at Farhan Tennis Academy in Patia, Bhubaneswar, under the coaching of Syed Farhan Ali.
