Former Odisha volleyball international Lotak Bindu Dash has been selected as part of the four-member Selection Committee of the Volleyball Federation of India (VFI) for the Senior Women Indian Volleyball Team. Dash is also a FIVB Level-II Coach.

Other three members of the National Selection Committee for Indian Women Team are: Senior Coach Prakash Roy, Indian women team coach Vaishali Phadtare and Level II coach Viral Shah.

A Ramana Rao, Dronacharya and Arjuna Awardee would be the coordinator of both the selection committees. Meanwhile, Biswajit Das, a National Referee from KIIT University has been nominated as an Invited Referee for the 70th Senior National Championship 2021-22.

Dash is an employee of East Coast Railways. His elder brother, Dr Gaganendu Dash is the Secretary of Odisha Volleyball Association (OVA) and joint-secretary of Volleyball Federation of India (VFI).
