Odisha Olympic Association (OOA) accorded affiliation to three State level sports bodies today. The three bodies are: Hockey Association of Odisha (HAO), Orissa Rifle Association (ORA) and Odisha Rugby Football Association (ORFA). Among the three bodies, HAO was formed earlier this year.

The decision to provide affiliation to the three bodies were taken at the OOA Annual General Meeting which was held at the OOA office, Barabati Stadium, Cuttack. The meeting was presided over by OAA President Jagmohan Pattnaik.

Vice-Presidents Kamalakanta Pandey, Pratap Satpathy, Naling Kumar Das and Dulal Chandra Pradhan; General Secretary Avijit Paul, Joint-Secrtaries Ashok Kumar Sahu and Prabhat Bhola and Treasurer Adhip Das along with Council members and members from different state and district sports association were present in the AGM.

The Audited of account for the year 2021-22, featuring total income of Rs 2,26,45,362 and expenditure of Rs 2,13,93,274 was approved in the meeting. The budget for the year 2022-23, amounting to Rs 3,56,61,150 was also approved.
