Odisha girls were unstoppable in the competition and registered three wins in a row to storm into the final. They started their winning run with a 22-18 win against West Bengal on January 31 and continued in the same vein beating Karnataka 24-20 and Punjab 22-18 in the next two days.
The Odisha girls and boys teams, featuring 15 players each, were led by Kadambini Majhi and Pabani Sabar respectively.
