Junior Gallant Club were crowned champions of the FAO Second Division Football League, defeating YAFC, Choudwar 7-6 via tie-breaker in the hard-fourght final at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack today. The hard-fourght final went to the tie-breaker after play in the regulation time ended in 1-1 draw.
