This was the 10th win for Odisha FC, who finished at the top of the table with 31 points. Three-time champions Gokulam Kerala FC finished runners-up with 29 points despite winning their last match against East Bengal FC 5-1. All India Football Federation Executive Committee member and Football Association of Odisha joint-secretary Avijit Paul presented the champions trophy to the Odisha FC Women team.
Sports Odisha, the other IWL team from Odisha, however, finished seventh and last in the tournament, suffering a narrow 1-0 defeat to Hops FC in their 12th and last match at Dr Ambedkar Stadium in New Delhi on March 15. This was the 10th defeat for State-Government owned Sports Odisha, who ended their campaign with two points.
