IM Soumya Swaminathan, IM Nisa Mehta, WGM Marry Ann Gomes and WIM Vishwa Vasnawala were other members of the champion PSPB team that received top prize of Rs 1.25 lakh. Telangana and LIC of India teams settled for the silver and bronze medal along with cash prizes of Rs 1 lakh and Rs 75,000 respectively.

Representing Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India, Kiran Manisha Mohanty bagged the team bronze and individual gold (Board 1) medal, while Smaraki Mohanty claimed the individual bronze (Board 1) for home state Odisha. Kiran played seven games, won six and drew one.

Smaraki also played seven games, won five and lost two. Candidate Master (CM) Aparajita Gochhikar, Adyasha Pattnaik and Akankhya Kabi were other three players of the Odisha team which finished ninth.
