It will be clash of titans when Odisha Tigers take on Odisha Lions in the final of the Odisha Cricket League (OCL T20) later this week at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack. Odisha Tigers set up the summit clash, trouncing Odisha Panthers by 10 wickets, via DLS Method in the truncated second semifinal today.

Speedster Tarani Sa starred in the Tigers win, picking up three wickets for 19 runs. Opting to bat, Odisha Panthers compiled a modest total of 110 for eight in 18 overs. In reply, Odisha Tigers overhauled the revised target of 47 runs in 4.3 overs without losing any wicket.

Earlier in the first semifinal, Odisha Lions rode on a 16-ball unbeaten knock of 52 by captain Suryakant Pradhan to beat Odisha Cheetahs by 14 runs, also via DLS Method. Losing semifinalists Odisha Cheetahs and Odisha Panthers will meet each other in the third-place match tomorrow.
