As many as five paddlers bagged a double crown each in the 29th YGTTA Odisha State Ranking Table Tennis Championship, which organised by Young Generation Table Tennis Association (YGTTA), under the auspices of Odisha State Table Tennis Association (OSTTA) at Biju Patnaik Multipurpose Indoor Hall in CDA, Cuttack from 15 to 17 August 2024.

The five double-crown winners are: Aradhya Sahoo, Urja Verma, Jigyanshu Sahoo (all Cuttack), Jigyanshu Sai Kiran Pradhan (Puri) and Sweta Padama Dalai (Bhubaneswar). The three-day tournament featured a total of 12 singles events. Other two titles were claimed by Swastik Singh (Khurdha) and Mainak Das (AG Odisha).

Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma, Principal Secretary, State Sports & Youth Services Department graced the closing ceremony as chief guest and handed over the trophies. OSTTA president Sanjay Kumar Singh and secretary Rabindra Kumar Parida were present on the occasion.

Under-11 Girls Singles: Aradhya Sahoo (Cuttack) beat Anwesha Anirudha (Khurdha) 3-0 (11-4, 13-11, 11-8).
Under-11 Boys Singles: Swastik Singh (Khurdha) beat Avaneesh Subramaniyam (Cuttack) 3-2 (12-10, 11-9, 4-11, 8-11, 11-6).
Under-13 Girls Singles: Aradhya Sahoo (Cuttack) beat Ashi Siyanshi (Cuttack) 3-0 (11-4, 11-1, 11-4).
Under-13 Boys Singles: Jigyanshu Sai Kiran Pradhan (Puri) beat Syed Arsh Ali (Cuttack) 3-0 (11-4, 11-9, 11-6).
Under-15 Girls Singles: Urja Verma (Cuttack) beat Sweta Verma (Cuttack) 4-0 (11-9, 11-4, 11-9, 11-9).
Under-15 Boys Singles: Jigyanshu Sai Kiran Pradhan (Puri) beat Zaid Khan (Cuttack) 4-0 (11-4, 11-8, 11-1, 11-4).
Under-17 Girls Singles: Urja Verma (Cuttack) beat Sakshi Bhagat (Cuttack) 4-3 (11-5, 11-3, 11-7, 9-11, 6-11, 14-16, 11-8).
Under 17 Boys Singles: Jigyanshu Sahoo (Cuttack) beat Rudra Gouda (Cuttack) 4-0 (11-4, 11-0, 11-7, 11-6).
Under-19 Girls Singles: Sweta Padma Dalai (AHS School, BBSR) beat Urja Verma (Cuttack) 4-2 (11-3, 11-3, 10-12, 11-7, 8-11, 11-2).
Under-19 Boys Singles: Jigyanshu Sahoo (Cuttack) beat Md Jissan (Cuttack) 4-0 (11-7, 11-8, 11-3, 11-3).
Womens Singles: Sweta Padama Dalai (AHCS, Bbsr) beat Neha Kumari (AG Odisha) 3-2 (11-7, 10-12, 12-10, 6-11, 13-11).
Mens Singles: Mainak Das (AG Odisha) beat Saswat Samal (Khurdha) 4-0 (11-8, 11-8, 12-10, 11-6).
