Odisha lifters Mina Santa (A) and Sneha Soren were awarded as the best lifters in youth and senior categories respectively. The best lifter trophy in junior category was claimed by Akanksha Vyavahare of Maharashtra.

Odisha lifters secured two silver medals on the last day. Mausumi Das won one silver medal in +81kg youth category with efforts of 62kg in snatch, 78kg in clean & jerk and 140kg in total. Subhasmita Mohanty won the other silver medal in 87kg senior group, lifting 80kg in snatch, 99kg in clean & jerk for a total of 179kg.

Pal Singh Sandhu, the first Dronacharya Awardee in weightlifting and former National chief coach, handed over the trophies at the closing ceremony. Weightlifting national selector Pradeep Kumar Sharma, Odisha Weightlifting Association (OWA) president Chitta Ranjan Swain and secretary Katulu Ravi Kumar were present on the occasion.
