  U-16 Inter-District Cricket: Supratik hits first ton in Deogarh win

Supratik Mishra hit the first century of the OCA U-16 Boys Inter-District Cricket Tournament as he powered Deogarh to a 115-run win over Nuapada in their preliminary league match at Adashpur Ground in Cuttack today. Puri, Khordha, Bhubaneswar-A, Dhenkanal and Sambalpur-B registered wins in five other matches of the day. Subhransu K Bhoi was the most successful bowler of the day, bagging six wickets for Khordha against KIIT.

RESULTS (3 April 2026):

Match 7 (Nimpur Ground, Cuttack): Cuttack-B 132/10 in 37.3 overs (Somyajeet Das 54; Rudra N Behera 3/24) lost to Puri 135/6 in 28.4 overs (Subhankar Swain 28, Aryan Mohanty 27; Somyajeet Das 2/27) by 4 wickets. PoM: Rudra N Behera.
 

Match 8 (Railway Ground, Bhubaneswar): Khordha 192/10 in 48.5 overs (Om P Behera 43; Harivans Bhuyan 3/13) beat KIIT 122/10 in 41 overs (Shreejeet Bhuyan 78*; Subhransu K Bhoi 6/20) by 70 runs. PoM: Subhransu K Bhoi.

Match 9 (Sunshine Ground, Cuttack): Gajapati 118/10 in 28.4 overs (Keshab Bishoyi 52; Rgeet Sahu 4/27) lost to Dhenkanal 119/2 in 18.1 overs (Preetam Samal 33; Kolli Bignesh 2/35) by 8 wickets. PoM: Rgeet Sahu.

Match 10 (DRIEMS Ground, Tangi): Rourkela 111/10 in 46.4 overs (Slok S Nayak 4/20) lost to Bhubaneswar-A 114/4 in 17.5 overs (Midhansu Das 30) by 6 wickets. PoM: Slok S Nayak.

Match 11 (Khordha Ground): Sambalpur-B 139/10 in 30 overs (Yuvraj Singh 56; Abhijit Nath 4/29) beat Khandamal 87/10 in 27.2 overs (Sidhisanklap Khatua 35; Pratik K Barla 3/19, Prangyash Dash 3/18) by 52 runs. PoM: Pratik K Barla.

Match 12 (Adashpur Ground, Cuttack): Deogarh 244/9 in 50 overs (Supratik Mishra 113, Shakti R Pratap 64; Kishan Banchhor 2/58) beat Nuapada 129/10 in 32.2 overs (Nitish K Rautra 29; Tirence Pradhan 4/40, Swapnil Pradhan 3/27) by 115 runs. PoM: Supratik Mishra.
