*     On 25th May, 2018 he was appointed coach of the Odisha State U-16 boys team for the season 2018-19.
*     He claims to have been working as coach for Odisha Cricket Association since May 2011.
*     His first International stint as the team doctor was in 2007 when he took up the role with Indian Youth Boxing Team for a span of two years.
*     He was commissioned in the Medical Corps of Indian Army in 1995 and has worked in the Army Sports Institute, Pune for six years.

INTERNATIONAL:
*     On 11 Sept, 2019, International Hockey Federation appointed him as Medical Officer for 2020 Tokyo Olympic Hockey Tournament.
*     International Hockey Federation appointed him as the Chair of FIH Health and Safety Committee for a two-year term in April 2019.
*     On 30 May, 2018, International Hockey Federation (FIH) named him as the first Indian Medical Officer for the Odisha Hockey Men’s World Cup Bhubaneswar 2018 to be held at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar from Nov 28- to Dec 16, 2018.
*     Accompanied Indian hockey team to events such as Sultan Azlan Shah Cup in 2009 and 2010, XIX Commonwealth Games 2010, XVI Asian Games 2010, Men’s Hockey World Cup New Delhi 2010 and Asian Champions Trophy, Doha Qatar in 2012.
*     Accompanied Indian Team Doctor at 2012 London Olympic Games where the country won maximum number of Medals i.e. six (6).
*     He was also the Chief Team Physician of Indian Contingent at Rio 2016 Paralympic Games where India won a maximum of four medals.
*     Claims to have been working with the Indian National Hockey Team since 2009.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*     Odisha Government felicitated him with Rs 1 lakh in recognition to his contribution to the sporting ecosystem as a technical official at Lok Seva Bhawan, Bhubaneswar on 29 August 2023.
*     Received cash award of Rs 5 lakh from Odisha Government as the first Indian FIH Medical Officer for Tokyo Olympics at a felicitation ceremony in Bhubaneswar on 17 August, 2021.
